Le syst\u00e8me communique avec un syst\u00e8me fourni par Tecnorobot, qui communique \u00e0 son tour avec les cintreuses, puis avec les entrep\u00f4ts et avec le syst\u00e8me de gestion du client qui achemine les commandes. Comme une cha\u00eene, tout s&rsquo;adapte en fonction de l&rsquo;information source qui est transmise d&rsquo;un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un dernier contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 soit effectu\u00e9 avant le traitement de la pi\u00e8ce.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"entrons-dans-les-details-de-ce-systeme-avance\"><\/span><strong>ENTRONS DANS LES D\u00c9TAILS DE CE SYST\u00c8ME AVANC\u00c9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb20px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]Pour ce type de syst\u00e8me, il convient d&rsquo;avoir des formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques pas trop compliqu\u00e9es, le plus souvent carr\u00e9es ou rectangulaires, afin qu&rsquo;elles puissent \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9es et facilement comprises par l&rsquo;ordinateur. La technologie conna\u00eet donc la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la pi\u00e8ce mais pas sa taille : c&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce aux syst\u00e8mes de vision que nous pouvons identifier la taille de l&rsquo;armoire qui arrive.<\/p>\n<p>Un premier laser informe de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de la pi\u00e8ce, qui est en fait index\u00e9e. \u00c0 partir du contr\u00f4le des mesures, nous obtenons des informations qui nous permettent de comprendre ce qui est arriv\u00e9: une premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration est alors effectu\u00e9e pour ajuster la prise, la distance des griffes en fonction de la taille d\u00e9tect\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit de pinces universelles dont la pr\u00e9hension va de 40 \u00e0 120 et qui sont r\u00e9gl\u00e9es pour saisir la pi\u00e8ce.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"lorientation-de-la-piece\"><\/span><strong>L&rsquo;ORIENTATION DE LA PI\u00c8CE<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb20px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\u00c0 ce stade, un probl\u00e8me critique qui se pose peut provenir du fait que les t\u00f4les ne sont pas planes mais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9es et ne reposent pas toujours parfaitement sur un plan r\u00e9p\u00e9titif. Comment r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me?<\/p>\n<p>Le capteur prend des points de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour comprendre comment la pi\u00e8ce est orient\u00e9e et, apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 la position, le robot peut commencer \u00e0 effectuer le traitement: au cours de la premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration, les soudures sont enlev\u00e9es en \u00e9liminant l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de mat\u00e9riau, puis la phase de meulage commence o\u00f9 des disques \u00e0 lamelles \u00e0 compensation axiale permettent de traiter m\u00eame les zones hautes de l&rsquo;armoire, o\u00f9 il y a des ar\u00eates. Apr\u00e8s avoir enlev\u00e9 la soudure principale dans les coins de l&rsquo;armoire &#8211; toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s de meulage verticales &#8211; l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de mat\u00e9riau est effectu\u00e9e. Enfin, le robot d\u00e9charge la pi\u00e8ce sur un convoyeur \u00e0 rouleaux et reprend le processus avec d&rsquo;autres pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le contr\u00f4le laser constate que l&rsquo;objet ne correspond pas aux dimensions re\u00e7ues comme information, il est reprogramm\u00e9 (off set).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"letude-de-ces-systemes\"><\/span><strong>L&rsquo;\u00c9TUDE DE CES SYST\u00c8MES<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb20px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]Pour les besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;entreprise en question, des installations jumelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es qui fonctionnent en parall\u00e8le plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en s\u00e9rie.
